Event Spaces at the Stagecoach Inn
Atrium
Our Atrium features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking our Ceremony Circle and back lawn. The abundant natural light creates an open and airy atmosphere throughout the space. This event space can accommodate 40-100 guests with entertainment, and along with our connecting covered porch can accommodate up to 130-140 guests in both spaces. The atrium also has its own outdoor Patio, providing additional seating for use during any atrium event.
Covered Back Porch
Our Covered Back Porch offers a charming outdoor dining and relaxation area with expansive views of our South and West Lawns. Ideal for small, intimate gatherings such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, and bridal and baby showers, this versatile space is equipped with large window coverings and heaters, making it suitable for year-round use. The porch can accommodate 30 guests at one long table, and 40 guests at round tables, ensuring a relaxed and memorable atmosphere for any event.
Solarium
The solarium, with its stunning natural light and views of the South and West lawns, is ideal for intimate dinners or private events. It comfortably accommodates up to 22-24 people and includes its own private Patio, offering additional gathering space for events held in this area.
Dining Room
Our intimate dining room, complete with its own personal fireplace, is designed to host private dinners for 12-20 guests. It's an ideal setting for small corporate meetings or dinners, with the flexibility to arrange seating in one long table for up to 14 people or two round tables for up to 20. Additionally, the room features large double doors that open into our atrium, providing the option to use it as an additional seating area for events held in the atrium.
South & West Lawns
Our extensive outdoor lawns provide an ideal backdrop for your next large gathering. The Ceremony Circle, situated at the edge of our South Lawn, is accessible for use with any of our event spaces. If you prefer an outdoor setting, our South Lawn can host up to 200 guests under a tent, while the West Lawn can accommodate more than 250 guests. Both lawns are available for exclusive buy-out of the property, which includes all interior and exterior spaces along with five sleeping rooms. For smaller gatherings, our Bluestone Patio and Solarium Patios offer delightful spaces that have previously hosted bridal showers and wedding receptions.
Gathering Spaces
Guests are invited to relax and indulge in a drink and appetizers at our inviting bar, or in our intimate cabinet room. When the weather permits, they can also take their drinks to one of our outdoor patios or find a comfortable spot in one of several sitting areas on the lawn. Complete with fire pits and lounge areas, our outdoor spaces offer the perfect setting to savor a selection of beverages, including bourbon, scotch, beer, wine, or one of our award-winning cocktails.
